1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Doppler, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
Doppler provides an automated reactivation engine for SaaS businesses, allowing users to identify, segment, and engage inactive customers through multi-step sequences.
3. Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
7. Unsubscribe & Data Retention
When a contact unsubscribes from any Doppler-powered communication, Doppler will immediately suppress further marketing or reactivation messages to that contact.
However, the contact's email address and associated data will be retained in Doppler's systems until the contact submits an explicit and verifiable data deletion request. Unsubscribing alone does not constitute a deletion request under GDPR Article 17, CCPA, or any other applicable privacy regulation.
To request permanent data deletion, contacts must submit a formal erasure request via our Data Removal Portal or by emailing privacy@doppler.so.
